Restaurant da Rosa is a unique and authentic restaurant in the historic centre of Macerata patronised by those living in Macerata who know they can count on the most perfect gourmet delights. Evoking the atmosphere of a Paris bistro, you have the sensation of knowing everybody amidst the wonderful aroma wafting from the kitchen.

Why not try our antipasti which include an assortment of cold meats and choice cuts of lamb.
Many choices of first courses from the classic tagliatelle with ragù sauce or other traditional dishes from the Marches to homemade pasta of the house served with aromatic truffle.
Many choices of second courses include: lamb prepared with herbs, roast rabbit, pigs shin and delectable wild fowl.

Dishes are prepared with modern professionalism and notable personal intuition without however disguising the flavours or changing traditional recipes.

The proprietor's passion for wine enriches the cellar which is a treasure trove of regional wines and offers a splendid selection of new wines on a national level.
